    Job Description
    We are seeking a Mobile Services Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for promoting Corpus Christi as a travel destination at festivals, events, trade-shows etc. by providing tourism and travel information with our Mobile Visitor Information Center.

    • Coordinate registration of Mobile Visitor Information Center for various events and locations
    • Oversee operation of Mobile Visitor Information Center at events
    • Troubleshoot and resolve Mobile Visitor Information Center issues and concerns
    • Document and update attendance records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving industry and services
    • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Qualified candidates must be passionate about and committed to the organization and overall mission of the CVB. Individuals must possess one year of customer service experience and be energetic, outgoing and hard-working. This position requires frequent out of town travel as well as availability on weekends, evenings and some holidays.?
